Policies
Content policy
We are a recording studio. You bring the conversation; we deliver the production. You don't need our permission to disagree with anyone — including us. A few things we won't record:
Draft notice: These policies are a working draft pending attorney review. The version posted at the time of your booking is the version that applies.
What we will record
Conversations, interviews, narration, performances, business presentations, educational content, opinion, debate, comedy, faith content, fiction, and anything else that a reasonable adult would want to share publicly.
What we won't record
- Incitement to violence or hate speech targeting a protected class.
- Harassment of a specific named individual.
- Sexually explicit material involving minors or non-consenting parties, or anything prohibited by Kentucky law.
- Content that would obviously violate Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube publishing policies to a degree that makes it undistributable.
- Defamation of a living person presented as fact, with no opportunity for response.
- Recording of ongoing illegal activity.
What we don't do
- We don't edit your views.
- We don't manage your social accounts or post on your behalf.
- We don't act as your marketing agency.
- We don't endorse the views expressed in client content. The studio produces; it does not endorse. Our logo does not appear on client episodes by default.
Our right to refuse
We may decline a session, or end one in progress, if conduct or content violates this policy. If we end a session early for a policy reason, no refund is owed for time elapsed; pre-paid time not yet used is refunded.
